Typical Visit Schedule:

• 30-60 minute appointments

• Every 4 weeks until 28 weeks

• Every 2 weeks until 36

• Weekly from 36-42

• Additional visits as needed

• Care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum

• Postpartum visit in your home 1-2 days

• 1-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks, 5-6 weeks.

Care package includes:

• Prenatal visits

• Standard labs in 1st trimester

• Glucose screening 24-28 weeks

• Standard 3rd trimester labs

• Labor and delivery care and support

• Assist fee for 2nd midwife

• Birth Pool if desired

• Postpartum visits

• Newborn metabolic screening

• 5-6 week pap smear if desired

What is NOT Included:

• Home Birth Kit

• Additional labs needed or desired

• Rhogam shots

• Ultrasounds or other diagnostic testing

• Genetic Testing

• Massage, Chiropractic or other supportive care

• Doula (highly recommended for first time home birth)

• Childbirth Education Classes (highly recommended first time home birth)

• *Mileage fees (depending on distance)

$800 deposit due at first visit

Balance divided into monthly installments with balance due by 34 weeks.
